Automotive Parts Advisor
Automotive Parts Advisor Responsibilities:
Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock
Complete special order part request for customers and service personnel
Communicate with customers on parts status
Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
Automotive Parts Advisor Qualifications:
Dealership Experience (preferred but not required. Will train the right person)
Current Drivers License.
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to start ASAP preferred!
Have strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills
Detail-oriented
Professional appearance
Strong work ethic
Great communication skills
Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
Flat Rate Technician
Flat Rate Technician Responsibilities:
Capable to fault trace and diagnose automotive symptoms and recommend repairs
Perform maintenance services including annual services, oil changes, brakes, tires, and other needed maintenance items
Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
Learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to keep up with rapidly changing technology
High Fixed-Right-1st-Time repair rate
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
Flat Rate Technician Qualifications:
Dealership Experience (preferred but not required. Will train the right person)
Current Drivers License
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
Maintain ASE Certifications
Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, A/C equipment, etc
Strong work ethic
Position requires that candidate supply his/her own tools
Great communication skills
Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
Automotive Service Consultant
Automotive Service Consultant Responsibilities:
Be a customer’s primary point-of-contact for their service visit from start to finish
Creation of detailed Repair Orders and Service Invoices
Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle status and work needed
Sales of repairs and maintenance work to customers
Maintaining high Customer Satisfaction scores
Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
Automotive Service Consultant Qualifications:
