Flat Rate Technician
Flat Rate Technician Responsibilities:
Capable to fault trace and diagnose automotive symptoms and recommend repairs
Perform maintenance services including annual services, oil changes, brakes, tires, and other needed maintenance items
Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
Learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to keep up with rapidly changing technology
High Fixed-Right-1st-Time repair rate
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
Flat Rate Technician Qualifications:
Dealership Experience (preferred but not required. Will train the right person)
Current Drivers License
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
Maintain ASE Certifications
Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, A/C equipment, etc
Strong work ethic
Position requires that candidate supply his/her own tools
Great communication skills
Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen

Automotive Sales Consultant
Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
· Welcome customers and learn what they are looking for
· Build genuine relationships through thoughtful conversation and follow-up
· Help customers select vehicles that fit their needs and preferences
· Become knowledgeable about Porsche vehicles, technology and features
· Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
· Maintain communication with customers throughout the purchasing process
· Follow up with existing customers and prospective buyers
· Develop repeat and referral business by providing exceptional service
· Work closely with management and finance teams to create a smooth buying experience
Automotive Sales Consultant Qualifications:
· Naturally personable with excellent communication skills
· Reliable, professional, polished and comfortable working with discerning clientele
· Able to listen well and understand what customers want
· Motivated by both customer satisfaction and earning potential
· Comfortable learning detailed product information and technology
· Organized with strong follow-up habits
· Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
