Automotive Parts Advisor
Automotive Parts Advisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock
- Complete special order part request for customers and service personnel
- Communicate with customers on parts status
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
Automotive Parts Advisor Qualifications:
- Dealership Experience (preferred but not required. Will train the right person)
- Current Drivers License.
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to start ASAP preferred!
- Have strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills
- Detail-oriented
- Professional appearance
- Strong work ethic
- Great communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
Flat Rate Technician
Flat Rate Technician Responsibilities:
- Capable to fault trace and diagnose automotive symptoms and recommend repairs
- Perform maintenance services including annual services, oil changes, brakes, tires, and other needed maintenance items
- Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
- Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
- Learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to keep up with rapidly changing technology
- High Fixed-Right-1st-Time repair rate
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
Flat Rate Technician Qualifications:
- Dealership Experience (preferred but not required. Will train the right person)
- Current Drivers License
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Maintain ASE Certifications
- Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, A/C equipment, etc
- Strong work ethic
- Position requires that candidate supply his/her own tools
- Great communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
Automotive Service Consultant
Automotive Service Consultant Responsibilities:
- Be a customer’s primary point-of-contact for their service visit from start to finish
- Creation of detailed Repair Orders and Service Invoices
- Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle status and work needed
- Sales of repairs and maintenance work to customers
- Maintaining high Customer Satisfaction scores
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
Automotive Service Consultant Qualifications:
- Dealership Experience (preferred but not required. Will train the right person)
